The Proposed Improvements on West 65th Street from Denison Avenue to Herman Avenue Include:

Complete asphalt resurfacing, including full and partial depth pavement repairs where needed.

Removal of underutilized paved surfaces in treelawns to increase vegetated areas, improving corridor aesthetics, downstream water quality, and neighborhood walkability.

Sidewalk, ADA-compliant curb ramps and drive aprons as necessary.

Improved pedestrian crossings including installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFBs) at select crosswalks.

Traffic signal upgrades at Storer, Bridge, and Franklin Intersections.

Signing and pavement marking upgrades, including bike lanes between Denison and West Clinton.
