At the approach to the Madison Avenue intersection, southbound bike traffic will be guided to a green-painted bike lane between the through lane and the right turn lane. A traffic sign will alert vehicles entering the right turn lane to yield to bicycles. Between Franklin Boulevard and West Clinton Avenue, northbound bike traffic will be guided with shared lane markings to merge into the northbound vehicular lane as the bike lane ends. Aside from two parking spaces near the Franklin intersection, on-street parking on the east side of West 65th will be prohibited.
